RFIC-GPT Pro

RFIC-GPT is an intelligent tool for RFIC design. It utilizes AI algorithms to calculate and generate schematics or GDSII layouts of RF devices and circuits meeting designers’ specifications(e.g. Q-factor, Inductance, Coupling coefficient of transformers, Gain and OP1db of Power Amplifiers, etc.) in seconds. With an accuracy of at least 95%, designers can directly apply the generated results in their design. RFIC-GPT is capable of assisting RF designers in expeditiously finding optimal design parameters, substantially reducing the tedious and iterative manual searching process. Multiple chips designed with RFIC-GPT have been successfully taped out.

RFIC-GPT Professional version (RFIC-GPT Pro) is an offline software. It is embedded in the mainstream AMS design environment. RFIC-GPT Pro provides several types of RF devices and architectures of RF circuits, it supports not only accurate GDSII but also corresponding schematics. It also supports ground plane options; spiral device line width / current density consideration; device layout shape and area optimizations. Furthermore, RFIC-GPT Pro also facilitates better user experience. It supports functions such as “one click” generation of Dummy fill, Guard-ring etc. It also enables an easier micro-adjustment capability of generated GDSII and circuits.
